So if you keep an open mind, a lot of the Seth material can teach you how to be more positive about your life (or lives) and if not, you probably won't like this book or any that challenges the Bible. Seth said many of the same things, generations apart. I don't want to make waves, everyone has their own beliefs, but Edgar Cayce said that Jesus reincarnated 30 times before he became the person we know (or maybe don't know) in the Bible. Also that people who believe in organized religion instead of looking within and thinking for themselves will have the hardest times in their lives in the future. If you recall, Jesus insisted on eating afterward so the disciples could see he was not a ghost and was able to eat. Seth recalled incarnations back to Jesus's time, and said that was a conspiracy, that Judas was in on it, and they drugged another man who died on the cross. Seth spoke about reincarnation, how death is only a transition, how we can astral travel every night instead of sleep, and lots of other things. So it's easy to say it's BS, but there were too many witnesses. Her husband Robert took notes of what Seth said through Jane, and often they had other people in the room. Seth was a disembodied entity who communicated through a woman named Jane Roberts when she was in a trance state. The Seth books became popular in the 1970's.
